Job Description

Reflect Reset Renew Therapy Services is a growing practice dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, families, parents, and youth across Fonthill and Ontario. We specialize in trauma-informed care, offering individualized support to help clients foster emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges.

Convenient Location: Located within a established busy clinic with various other holisitic health disciplines. Centrally located within the Niagara Region with free on-site parking for in-person sessions.

Qualifications

We are looking for a therapist with the following credentials and experience:


Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counselling
Psychology, or a related field.


Licensure: Registered member in good standing with OCSWSSW or CRPO.


Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience, specializing in couples therapy and relationship counselling.


Specialized Training:  Certification or advanced training in individual, couples therapy modalities (e.g., Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR, Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, etc.).


Commitment to Professional Development: Demonstrated dedication to ongoing learning and ethical practice.

Key Competencies

 Compassionate and Empathetic: Creates a  safe, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples feel supported, heard, and respected.


Clinical Expertise: Skilled in  assessment, treatment planning, and applying therapeutic techniques to  support individuals, couples, parents and youth facing communication      challenges, intimacy concerns, self-esteem issues, and conflict  resolution.


Cultural Sensitivity: Comfortable and skilled in working with individuals and couples from diverse cultural  backgrounds and relationship dynamics.


Strong Communicator: Demonstrates clear, thoughtful communication with clients and fosters collaboration  within the team environment.


Organized and Efficient: Able to manage time effectively and maintain a balanced caseload while providing  high-quality care.

Job Expectations

Client Hours: Provide at least 10-15 client hours per week.


Insurance: Maintain personal liability insurance with coverage of at least $2 million.


Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely client records.


Scheduling: Manage your own schedule and communicate effectively with the team.


Technology: Use the Jane scheduling software for appointments and billing.


Required Equipment: You must bring your own computer and any other necessary tools for remote work.


Location: You must be currently living and practicing in Ontario and licensed to practice the controlled act of social work or psychotherapy in the province.
