Meet Our Administration Support Michelle
Hi, I’m Michelle, the Administrative Assistant at Reflect Reset Renew Therapy Services. I bring a background in social work and enjoy supporting the practice through thoughtful organization, coordination, and client-centred care. Outside of work, I’m a creative person who enjoys travel, hands-on projects, and staying connected to my community, which all shape the care and attention I bring to my role.

Supporting your Journey to Healing, Connection and Emotional Well-being.
Hi there, and welcome! I’m Candice, and I’m so glad you’re here. If you’ve made it this far, you’re likely seeking meaningful change, deeper self-understanding, or support through life’s challenges—and I want you to know you’re in the right place.
As a trauma-informed counsellor and proud mother of three, I bring not only professional experience but also deep personal insight to my work. Over the past 15 years, I’ve walked my own path of healing—navigating grief, growth, and self-discovery—which allows me to offer authentic, compassionate support to others on similar journeys.
I specialize in Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)—all evidence-based approaches that support individuals and couples in understanding their emotional world and building stronger, healthier relationships.
Grounded in Attachment Theory, this approach explores how our earliest relationships with caregivers shape the way we connect with others as adults. By understanding these patterns, clients gain insight into their emotional responses, self-worth, and relationship dynamics, helping them build more secure and fulfilling connections.
EFT is designed to help individuals and couples reconnect with their emotions and deepen their emotional bonds. This approach is especially effective for those navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or emotional disconnect. EFT supports better communication, reduces conflict, and fosters healing in meaningful relationships.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying and transforming unhelpful thought patterns. CBT is highly effective in treating anxiety, depression, stress, and self-esteem issues. At Reflect Reset Renew Therapy Services, I tailor CBT to your unique goals, helping you build practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and foster long-term resilience.
Every person’s journey is unique—and your therapy should reflect that. I use an integrative counselling approach to ensure your experience is:
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, past trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to guide you with compassion and practical tools for meaningful transformation.
Healing is possible—and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to provide a nurturing, confidential space for growth, clarity, and connection.

Helping You Build Stronger Connections and Navigate Life with Confidence
Hello and welcome! I’m Dannika, and I’m so glad you’re here. I believe that with the right tools, support, and a compassionate guide, meaningful change is always possible. Whether you’re looking to improve your relationships, manage anxiety, or reconnect with yourself, I’m here to support your journey toward healing and growth.
My own healing journey began in childhood and shaped my path as both a person and a professional. With over 15 years of experience in various roles across the health and mental health fields—and over a decade practicing as a clinical therapist—I bring a trauma-informed, deeply empathetic approach to each session.
Born and raised in Niagara, I’ve recently returned to my roots and am proud to once again call this vibrant community home. It’s my mission to serve individuals and families here with the compassion, respect, and personalized care they deserve.
As a registered therapist in Niagara, I provide counselling and therapy services to:
I believe therapy should reflect the unique individual you are. That’s why I practice as an eclectic therapist, drawing from a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor each session to your goals and needs.
At the heart of my work is connection—not only your connection to me as your therapist, but your deeper connection to yourself and the important people in your life.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a wife, a sister, a godmother, and a proud dog mama. I enjoy cooking, weightlifting, practicing yoga, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with loved ones. These pieces of my life keep me grounded, and I hope they help you feel connected to me, too.
Let’s Connect and Begin Your Therapy Journey
If you’re ready to explore healing, build stronger relationships, or simply feel more like yourself again, I’d be honoured to work with you.

Life Transitions

Hey there, I’m so glad you’re here. Pull up a chair and take a breath.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes immense courage. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from the person you used to be, please know this: healing is completely possible, and you do not have to carry this alone.
Whether you are navigating deep trauma, daily anxiety, depression, or a painful disconnect in your relationship, I provide a grounded, compassionate space where you can safely slow down, catch your breath, and untangle the weight of your experiences.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Your story is entirely unique, which is why our work together is tailored specifically to your nervous system, your history, and your personal goals. I specialize in working with both individuals and couples, helping you understand your unique emotional triggers and uncovering how early life experiences continue to shape your adult relationships.
We will look at the whole picture to help you build true connection, foster emotional safety, and find real-world relief. Rather than trying to fit you into a rigid clinical box, we will focus on what actually works for you—identifying thought patterns that no longer serve you, unburdening old emotional pain, and processing distressing memories in a way that feels safe and manageable.
Outside of the therapy room, I am someone who deeply values laughter, authentic connection, and continuous growth. I believe true healing begins with a willingness to be curious—especially about the uncomfortable or confusing parts of our stories.
I know firsthand how vulnerable it feels to reach out to a stranger for help, and I honour that vulnerability with the utmost respect, care, and zero judgment. When you work with me, you are getting a real, down-to-earth human partner who believes therapy is about being truly seen, heard, and understood.
Your journey toward a more connected, peaceful life starts with a simple conversation. If you are ready to move past just surviving the day and start reclaiming your clarity, I would be deeply honoured to walk alongside you.

"You don't have to spend your life at war with your thoughts, your anxiety, or your body."
It takes immense courage to admit that the way things are going isn't working anymore. Whether you are constantly navigating an internal loop of overwhelming anxiety, or finding that your relationship with your body and food has begun to dictate your daily life, I am here to help you move out of survival mode.
Since 2022, I have helped individuals across Niagara and Ontario move from feeling stuck and self-critical to living with grounded confidence.
I provide dedicated, specialized support for individuals (ages 16+) navigating:
I don't believe in rigid, clinical distance. True healing happens inside a genuine, authentic human connection. My therapeutic approach is deeply relational—meaning we work as an active team. I blend professional clinical strategy with a warm, down-to-earth presence, ensuring you feel completely safe to show up exactly as you are.
My path to becoming a psychotherapist was shaped by my own lived journey through anxiety. I know firsthand how heavy that weight can feel, and I bring that genuine empathy into every single session. We will go at your pace, but we will always be moving forward.
Born and raised right here in the Niagara region, I care deeply about supporting our local community. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me diving into a psychological thriller, spending time with family, or walking my dog, Theo.
Finding the right therapist is all about the right connection. I offer a FREE 15-minute phone consultation to discuss what you're experiencing and see how we can best work together.

For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, youth, and families, helping them slow down, catch their breath, and break free from exhausting, heavy patterns.
I operate from a simple truth: you know your story better than anyone. My role isn’t to fit you into a rigid clinical box or hand you a generic checklist. It is to listen deeply, offer real-world perspective, and act as a collaborative partner in your healing and growth.
While my practice is deeply rooted in evidence-based, trauma-informed care—incorporating proven strategies like CBT, DBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy—what matters most to me is the human connection we build. I provide a warm, secure, and entirely non-judgmental space where you can honour your identity, process your story, and safely navigate life's transitions.
These everyday struggles can affect your mind, body, and relationships in powerful ways. I offer specialized support tailored to the unique pressures facing:
Ultimately, I am passionate about helping you develop a healthier, gentler relationship with yourself. No matter how tangled or overwhelming your current chapter feels, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Let’s work together to quiet the noise, build your resilience, and help you move forward.
I would be deeply honoured to walk alongside you.

Hello and welcome! I’m Nicole, and I’m so glad you’re here.
With over 20 years of experience in the field of social work, I bring extensive knowledge and experience supporting people through complex challenges through a strengths based perspective. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy that includes the mind as well as the body. I draw upon not only my clinical and lived experience and evidence-based training but also on my training as a Certified Personal Trainer with specializations in Nutrition and Transformational Coaching.
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is by far the most important aspect of any counselling experience. I provide a Strength-Based Approach to therapy that provides a safe, client focussed space where we can collaborate and develop a plan to help you become the best version of yourself.
I offer support from a Trauma-informed perspective with specializations in Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) as well as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I believe strongly in the mind-body connection and have incorporated Personal Training, Nutrition and Transformational Coaching into my practice in an effort to provide a holistic approach to therapy.
In 2021, I experienced the loss of my 21-year-old son, Jacob, in a tragic accident. This loss has deeply shaped my perspective and strengthened my understanding of grief and healing. Grief is not a linear process — it ebbs and flows — and through the support of family, friends, and community, I’ve learned the importance of compassion, patience, and connection in navigating such profound experiences. This understanding now guides the way I support others as they move through their own seasons of loss and growth.
I now spend much of my time with friends and family, enjoying the little things I used to take for granted. I have adopted a number of dogs who have completely taken over my home and my life....but I don't think I would have it any other way.
I offer a health and wellness lens to adults (18+) who may be navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, addictions, life transitions, grief and loss as well as health-related issues.
Together we will work towards developing a personalized plan that will provide you with effective strategies for healing and growth.
Let's talk about how I can support you in achieving your goals.

Hello and welcome! I’m Barbara, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I support individuals and couples in better understanding and navigating their inner compass, relationships, and life’s challenges in a way that supports overall health and well-being. I bring over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, including more than 15 years providing individual psychotherapy, over a decade supporting couples, and facilitating hundreds of therapeutic groups and workshops.
My therapy style is compassionate, direct, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I am passionate about helping clients embrace their needs, limits, and uniqueness while building healthier relationships and more fulfilling lives.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can be honest, expressive, and fully yourself — whether that means sitting quietly, speaking passionately, or working through difficult emotions at your own pace. I also take a strength-based approach, regularly helping clients notice growth, build confidence, and expand their coping tools, while supporting them toward greater independence and alignment with their values. Creating a safe, confidential, and comfortable space is central to my work.
Alongside my professional training, I also bring lived experience with anxiety, perfectionism, boundaries, relationships, and blended family dynamics, which allows me to show up with both clinical knowledge and real-life understanding.
I specialize in working with couples, families, high achievers and perfectionists, individuals with anxiety or high-functioning OCD, adult children of unhealthy or toxic parents, and those navigating hypersensitivity, resentment, anger, or emotional reactivity. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, EFT, and Gottman-based methods, tailoring therapy to each client because meaningful change is not one-size-fits-all.
If this resonates, I welcome you to reach out for a consultation to see if we may be a good fit..
